Ocean Waves and Meditation
Settle, friend. Once again we’ve found a safe spot amidst the noise and bustle of the world in which to rest; to sit; to listen. The air coming off the ocean is cool but welcome; fresh; cleansing. Breathe it in deeply. Slowly. And exhale. As you do, let your eyes close. Let your shoulders relax and drop as far as they want to.
